Glazing Glass Packers (x500/x1,000pcs each box) Made In Europe
Bridged glazing blocks provide a buffer between the glass & frame so that the glazing edges have no contact with the frame connection.
They help reduce the weight of the glazing unit on the frame construction & keep the frame & sash in the right position without warping or tilting.
Glazing blocks are made of polypropylene & are available between 1-6mm in thickness, in lengths of 10, 15, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 40, 42, 44, 46, 47, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56 & 60mm upon request.
For sash weights of 150 – 160kg & above, use 2 blocks side by side, in order to achieve an optimum distribution of pressure, thus minimising the danger of glass edge fractures.
U-Packers (Horseshoe) Packers with or without the countersunk (CSK) screw hole for fixing available in 75mm. 90mm length is also available without the screw hole type (x100/x200pcs each box) Made In Australia
